These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the 5% discount promotion

offered by Crown City Transfer (“we”, “us”, “our”) to customers who

leave a public review on our official Google Reviews page. By submitting

a review and using the discount code CCTRW05, you agree to be bound by

these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The 5% discount is available to all customers of Crown City Transfer who

publish a public review on our official Google Reviews page. The review

must be genuine and must relate to a journey completed with Crown City

Transfer.

2. VALIDITY PERIOD

The discount code CCTRW05 is valid for a period of three (3) months from

the date on which your review is published on Google. The validity period

begins on the calendar date your review appears publicly on the platform,

regardless of any moderation or processing time on our side. If there is

a dispute about the start date, we will refer to the timestamp shown on

the Google review.

3. SINGLE USE

The discount is valid for one (1) use only, applied to a single journey

booked with Crown City Transfer. The code cannot be reused once it has

been applied to a confirmed booking.

4. MAXIMUM BOOKING VALUE

The discount may be applied to any type of journey, regardless of

distance or route, up to a maximum booking value of £1,000 (one thousand

pounds sterling) per reservation. Bookings exceeding this value will have

the discount applied only up to the £1,000 threshold unless otherwise

agreed in writing.

5. HOW TO ACTIVATE THE DISCOUNT

To activate your discount, you must contact us before making your booking

and provide:

– the discount code: CCTRW05, and

– the name or username under which the review was published.

Activation requests may be submitted by email or WhatsApp. We reserve

the right to verify the review prior to applying the discount. The

discount will not be applied to bookings made without prior activation.

6. NON-TRANSFERABILITY

This discount is strictly personal and non-transferable. It may only be

used by the individual who completed the journey and submitted the

associated review. It may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to any third

party.

7. NO COMBINATION WITH OTHER OFFERS

The discount code CCTRW05 cannot be used in conjunction with any other

promotional code, discount, special offer, or loyalty scheme offered by

Crown City Transfer. Only one promotion may apply per booking.

8. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

If a booking to which the discount was applied is subsequently cancelled,

the following conditions apply:

– If the booking is rescheduled within the original 3-month validity

period, the discount will remain valid and will be applied to the

rescheduled journey.

– If the booking is cancelled outright and not rescheduled, the

discount code will be treated as used and will not be automatically

reinstated.

– Reinstatement of the code following a definitive cancellation may be

considered at our sole discretion. Requests for reinstatement must

be made in writing to Crown City Transfer.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory right to cancel under the

Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges)

Regulations 2013, where applicable.

9. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR WITHDRAW THE OFFER

Crown City Transfer reserves the right to modify or withdraw this

promotional offer at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will

provide at least 7 days’ prior notice of any material change via our

website or by email. Any discount code already confirmed to a customer

prior to the change will be honoured in accordance with the terms in

place at the time of confirmation, provided the code is used within its

original validity period.

10. MISUSE AND FAIR USE

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke the discount in the following

circumstances:

– The review is found to be false, fabricated, or in breach of

Google’s review policies.

– There is evidence of fraudulent activity, abuse of the promotion,

or an attempt to circumvent these Terms.

– The customer has engaged in conduct that we reasonably consider to

be inappropriate or harmful to Crown City Transfer or its staff.

Where we decide to refuse or revoke a discount under this clause, we

will notify you in writing and give you a reasonable opportunity to

respond before a final decision is made.

11. DISCLOSURE OF INCENTIVE

In accordance with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) CAP Code

and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) guidance on online

reviews (2023), customers who receive this discount in exchange for

leaving a review are encouraged to disclose the incentive within their

review (for example, by noting that the review was left in exchange for

a discount). Failure to disclose may constitute a breach of advertising

standards.

12. GENERAL

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute

arising from or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the

exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the

Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable,

the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
